We are delighted to announce that three Momentum Sports athletes have received invitations to compete at the Novuna UK Athletics Championships 2026 (British Champs) this weekend!

Receiving an invitation to the British Champs is a real mark of the level these athletes are competing at. The Championships are by invitation only, with athletes needing to have achieved qualifying standards at UKA licensed or World Athletics permitted meets — so to see three of our athletes on that start list is a fantastic achievement and something the whole Momentum Sports family can be proud of.
The event takes place this weekend, 20–21 June, at the Alexander Stadium in Birmingham — a world-class venue that is quickly becoming one of the great homes of British athletics. This year the Championships carry extra significance too, doubling as the trials for the European Athletics Championships, which return to the very same stadium in August. That means national titles and European selection places are both on the line, making for an incredibly competitive and exciting weekend of track and field.
Alongside our athletes, the weekend is set to feature some of the biggest names in British athletics — so the atmosphere at Alexander Stadium promises to be something special.
