Guidance Notes
These notes will hopefully help you if you are having any trouble with the online training.
They layout the ideas behind the training you are being set and also give you guidance on how to use the facilities available.
We have endeavoured to make the system as simple to use as possible, whilst still giving you access to information about your future sessions, access to you diary so you can make comparisons and views of other information that is of relevance to your training schedule.

Also, it may be of interest to know that if you wish to join in with some others for some training at Kingston's Kingsmeadow Track on a Tuesday or Thursday you will be welcome. The group has athletes running a variety of distances and with a range of abilities. Please make sure you mail us first if you are going to come along so that we know how many people we are going to be catering for.
