We create each of these plans specifically for the individual needs of the school involved, with input from teachers so that we make sure their are ideal for their students taking into account factors such as age, experience, school ambitions etc..

We can do this because we have 20 years of coaching experience, particularly having helped literally thousands of athletes through our Kestrel Club set up where we use only qualified coaches to develop one of the strongest novice athlete set ups in the UK.
