Kingston Kestrel Club
Fun, engaging and fulfilling coaching for young athletes across Kingston and Epsom. Come and join the fun.
Kestrel Club has been going for many years now and introduced athletics to literally thousands of youngsters, who have benefitted both from the athletics we've done, but also the crossover skills into all the other sports they take part in. Visit our website just for Kestrels at www.kestrelclub.co.uk. See you there!

The Kestrel Club is run by Momentum Sports from our base at Kingsmeadow Stadium, Kingston upon Thames, with sessions also held at Epsom. Our experienced, qualified coaches are dedicated to developing young athletes from across south-west London and Surrey.
Most children who join the Kestrel Club have never done structured athletics before. Some are natural runners. Some think they aren't sporty at all. Within a few sessions, both are chasing personal bests, earning medals, and asking when the next session is.
We cover sprinting, distance running, hurdles, jumps and throws — the full range of track and field events — so every child discovers what they are good at, rather than being told. Coaching comes from experienced, England Athletics qualified coaches who know how to bring out the best in children of all abilities, from Year 2 right through to Year 13. Sessions run all year round, including school holidays, at Kingsmeadow Stadium in Kingston upon Thames and at our Epsom venue.
The Kestrel Club draws young athletes from Kingston, New Malden, Surbiton, Twickenham, Molesey, Thames Ditton, Esher, Worcester Park and well beyond — if you're looking for junior athletics coaching in the Kingston or Epsom area, this is where to start.
Progress is celebrated through the Kestrel Challenge: a live medal system where every personal best earns recognition, from Orange level to Gold, with a leaderboard, certificates and real milestones to hit. It makes junior athletics feel like an adventure — which is exactly what it should be.
