Here we supply a range of tools that should help you analyse you diary and hopefully track your progression.
If your diary has become quite large it may take a few seconds for all the information to be processed.
You can analyse your diary using any of the selection criteria in the next column.

- Pick sessions by the date done or by session type (or both)
- What are my best times for each distance I've run? (you can restrict the dates of this)
We will add more sections to the review system in due course, as we know that athletes like to keep track of their training in many different ways.
